1. Scope​

These terms govern your use of this website and the documentation published on it, operated by arcsoft KLG, Bristenstrasse 7, 8048 Zürich, Switzerland.

Use of the Sensitive Data Scanner software is governed separately by the licence agreement supplied with your licence file. Where the two conflict, the licence agreement prevails.

2. Use of this website​

You may access and use this website and its documentation for the purpose of evaluating, deploying, and operating Sensitive Data Scanner. You may not:

  • interfere with the availability or security of the site;
  • use automated means to access the site in a way that places an unreasonable load on it;
  • remove or obscure copyright or trademark notices.

3. Documentation​

The documentation is provided for information. We take care to keep it accurate and in step with the software, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free. Software behaviour, and the defaults documented here, may change between releases.

4. No warranty​

This website and its content are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability​

To the extent permitted by law, arcsoft KLG is not liable for any damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or its content. This limitation does not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, nor to liability that cannot be excluded by law.

6. Pricing​

Prices shown on the Pricing page are indicative, exclusive of VAT where applicable, and do not constitute a binding offer. A binding agreement arises only from a written contract or order confirmation.

7. Intellectual property​

The content of this website, including its documentation, is the property of arcsoft KLG and protected by copyright. Jira and Atlassian are trademarks of Atlassian Corporation; arcsoft KLG is not affiliated with Atlassian.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction​

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zürich, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Changes​

We may amend these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your use applies.
